Job summary

EasyMining in Uppsala invites an R&D Engineer to join our team and contribute to transitioning to a circular economy by developing and upscaling our phosphorus recovery processes. The position is normally on-site in our R&D Department in Uppsala and includes hands-on lab work and pilot trials.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience with handling dangerous chemicals.
• Experience with working in a chemical laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Design, set-up and execute chemical experiments
• Collaborate with our engineering and local operating teams at full scale plants
• Provide chemical and process specific knowledge to commissioning teams
• On-site troubleshooting of the chemical process during commissioning and handover
• Collect and analyze samples and interpretate the results
• Documentation of experiments and results
