Qualificações

• Hold a master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with testing and quality assurance in software products.

Responsabilidades

• Drive quality and testing in cross-functional teams from design to delivery.
• Shape test strategy, coaching colleagues, and owning test effort.
• Apply observability concepts with metrics, logs, and traces in production.
• Explore new testing tools and AI-assisted testing approaches.
