Alfa Laval is seeking a Program Manager - Key Quality Investigations to lead the resolution of complex technical issues and protect customer relationships, reputation and product performance. You will coordinate investigations across Sales, R&D, Service, Product Management and Engineering, translating findings into clear recommendations for senior decision-makers.

You will report to the Head of Quality BU SET and drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions and lessons learned, while guiding

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Several years of relevant experience in quality, engineering, product development, manufacturing, service or technical project management.
• Experience with structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis (Lean Six Sigma preferred).
• Knowledge of high-speed separators or centrifugal separation.

Responsabilités

• Lead medium- to large-scale quality investigations with small- to medium-level impact.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure ownership, progress tracking and follow-up.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and Alfa Laval’s project methodology to achieve sustainable results.
• Focus on the High-Speed portfolio and drive improvements across products and processes.
• Report progress, risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
