Job summary

Keyfactor is seeking a Software QA Lead to oversee QA strategy and testing across product areas. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, guide QA engineers, and drive high-fidelity testing of major features.

Applicants should have a strong background in software testing, automation, and QA processes, with excellent communication and English fluency. The role focuses on building robust testing practices within a dynamic, security-conscious team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven success in software testing and/or test automation.
• Strong analytical skills, deep understanding of testing methodologies, and excellent communication.
• Ability to lead complex testing efforts by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledgeable in industry trends in software testing.
• In-depth knowledge of QA processes, test automation, and software development methodologies. Strong demonstrable experience in QA engineering.
• Fluency in English language, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Create and evolve the QA strategy for your product area.
• Introduce and take ownership of quality and testing metrics for your product area.
• Oversee QA activities for major product features, ensuring appropriate and high-fidelity testing.
• Coordinate testing efforts between QA team members and cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance to QA team members in best practices and methodologies.
• Lead the development and execution of test plans and test cases for critical features.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve complex defects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
• Ensure that all QA activities are completed on schedule and meet quality benchmarks.
• Introduce and take ownership of quality and testing metrics for your product area.
• Contribute to product testing and lead concerted test execution throughout the SDLC.
