We are now growing our QA team to strengthen our testing capabilities and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. To this direction, we are seeking a QA Lead, with focus on regression and test automation, reporting to the Head of Implementation.

The role on a full-time basis.

As QA Lead for Regression & Test Automation, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and execution of automated regression test suites across norbloc’s platforms. You will work closely with development, product, and implementation teams to ensure testing is fully integrated into the software delivery lifecycle. The role requires strong technical expertise in automation frameworks, hands-on leadership, and the ability to mentor a high-performing QA team.

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for building and maintaining automated regression test suites.
• Define and implement the QA strategy for automation, ensuring alignment with project and company goals.
• Collaborate with product and implementation teams to identify test scenarios and define automation scripts.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of new features and releases through comprehensive regression testing.
• Ensure regression testing for all aspects including the functionalities of the platform, the performance and security.
• Monitor and report on QA metrics, providing visibility to stakeholders.
• Mentor and support QA engineers in automation practices and tools.
• Coordinate with the Implementation team to align testing priorities with client delivery schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Proven experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Strong knowledge of regression testing methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests.
• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with fluency in English.
• Experience in Fintech, RegTech or enterprise SaaS and familiarity with blockchain-based platforms or distributed architectures will be considered as a plus.
