Job summary

QESTIT in Sweden is seeking a Test Leader who is passionate about quality assurance, testing, and coaching. You will identify what to test, shape test strategies, and lead the QA team to deliver high quality software.

Responsibilities

• Identify what to test and determine the extent of testing based on business benefits.
• Develop a comprehensive test strategy and test plan covering all test levels.
• Lead the test/QA team.
• Select appropriate testing methodologies.
• Provide recommendations on test automation.
• Coordinate, prioritize, and communicate test activities.
• Report status, current risks, and actions at operational and strategic levels.
