Job summary

Findity seeks an experienced QA Manager to lead our quality strategy and software quality across development lifecycles. You will guide a team of QA engineers, scale automated testing, and promote AI-assisted testing practices within cross-functional Scrum teams.

You will collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Developers to embed quality early, define metrics, and drive improvements in test data management and test infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in test automation strategies and modern frameworks.
• SQL and relational database querying and data validation.

• Champion AI-assisted engineering across the QA domain, utilizing modern AI tools to accelerate test generation, defect analysis, and test coverage.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Developers to embed quality early into the software development lifecycle.
• Track core quality metrics, streamline issue triage, and establish standards for robust test data management.
• Drive continuous architectural improvements for our test automation infrastructure.

The role

We are looking for a skilled, driven, and experienced QA Manager to play a pivotal role in leading our quality strategy and overseeing software quality throughout the development lifecycle.

You will lead a high-performing team of 4 QA engineers who empower our cross-functional Scrum teams. You will combine strategic leadership with direct involvement in key QA activities, helping your team deliver thorough quality assurance through both manual verification and automated testing. Across the entire engineering department, we actively utilize modern AI tools to boost productivity, and you will help foster these cutting-edge practices within QA to keep our release cycles efficient, scalable, and reliable.

Who you are

• Proven experience in a QA leadership or management role, with a track record of supporting and mentoring quality engineers.
• Strong expertise in test automation strategies and modern frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Maestro, Postman).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts (e.g., querying, data validation, and test data setup).
• Active practitioner or strong advocate of AI-assisted engineering tools to optimize team productivity and test execution.
• Solid understanding of modern Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated release validation.
• Strong background testing complex SaaS platforms, backend microservices/APIs, web applications, and databases.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with a focus on building efficient, scalable quality processes.
• Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
