Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in customer success roles or similar
• Higher education degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate customer implementation projects from project start to go-live
• Manage project plans, timelines, activities, risks, and dependencies
• Understand customer needs, technical environment, and implementation requirements
• Coordinate internal technical teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders
• Coordinate technical integrations with CAD, communication platforms, mapping services and other systems
• Ensure testing, acceptance, training, and go-live activities are planned and executed
• Own post-go-live relationship: drive adoption and monitor customer health
• Act as main contact after launch and identify churn risks
• Spot expansion opportunities within existing accounts with sales
