Job summary

Zurich Nordic in Stockholm is seeking an Underwriting Service Specialist to manage Multinational Insurance Programs within Property, combining administrative rigor with customer-focused service in an international setting.

You will support Underwriters in pre- and post-bound activities, interact with network offices and brokers, and contribute to process improvements while working with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or similar field.
• Experience in a service role with market-facing activities / direct customer interaction
• Experience within the international insurance market is a plus
• High digital matureness with strong excel skills
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English is a requirement

Responsibilities

• Handle Multinational Insurance Programs within Property and support Underwriters in pre- and post-bound activities.
• Provide information to Zurich Network Offices and Partners to issue local policies on time
• Engage in external market activities and meetings with customers and brokers
• Collaborate with a team in an international environment
