As the tactical operating environment becomes increasingly complex, the need for advanced command and control systems continues to grow. We develop solutions that collect, process, analyse, and visualise large amounts of information in real time, enabling informed decisions in demanding operational environments.

We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead some of our most strategically important development projects. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering advanced command and control solutions by leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating closely with customers, users, and key stakeholders.

You will manage projects throughout the full lifecycle, balancing technology, business objectives, and customer needs while ensuring delivery with the right quality, cost, schedule, and risk management. Working alongside systems engineers, software developers, architects, and domain experts, you will play a key role in shaping future defence capabilities.

We see AI-enabled tools and modern ways of working as important enablers for improving efficiency and quality. You will contribute to the development of effective project practices while ensuring that decisions are grounded in operational, technical, and security considerations.

The position is based in Solna.

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced project manager with a proven ability to deliver complex development projects in technology-driven environments. You are a confident and collaborative leader who builds strong relationships, inspires engagement, and drives results in changing circumstances.

You combine a strategic perspective with the ability to understand technical challenges when needed and thrive in environments where innovation, quality, and security are equally important.

We believe you have:

• A BSc/MSc in Engineering or another relevant technical field, or equivalent experience
• Several years of project management experience within systems development, defence, IT, telecommunications, or a similar technology-intensive industry
• Experience leading large, complex development projects with multiple stakeholders
• A solid understanding of systems development and product lifecycles
• Experience working in regulated, safety-critical, or otherwise complex technical environments
• Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, and project deliveries
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
• A genuine interest in defence technology and advanced command and control systems

Experience in any of the following areas is considered highly valuable:

• Command and Control Systems (C2/C4I)
• The defence industry or collaboration with armed forces and government agencies
• Programme management or leadership of large-scale system deliveries
• Agile ways of working combined with traditional project governance methodologies
• Systems engineering and requirements management in complex system environments
• Sensor fusion, situational awareness systems, GIS/geospatial information, or real-time systems
• International development programmes and customer collaborations
