Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten years+ of experience in project management, project coordination, contract management, or similar business-oriented roles.
• Experience coordinating activities across organizations and stakeholders in an international environment.
• Experience in defence sector, complex technical systems, or high-technology industries.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Your role

In this role, you will work in an international environment where collaboration between multiple stakeholders is essential. You will act as a central point of contact between internal teams, customers, and external partners, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and execution of activities.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the planning, execution, and follow-up of projects and business activities, facilitating collaboration across functions and organizations, identifying and managing risks, and preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.

You will work closely with project managers, managers, technical specialists, and support functions in a global organization with extensive international cooperation.

Your profile

We are looking for a candidate with at least ten years of experience in project management, project coordination, contract management, or a similar business-oriented role. You have proven relevant experience coordinating activities across organizations and stakeholders in an international environment and have worked within the defence sector, complex technical systems, or another high-technology industry.

You have experience working in multinational projects and are comfortable navigating complex organizations. You build strong relationships, create structure, and drive activities forward in a collaborative manner.

Excellent written and spoken English is required, as the role involves extensive interaction with international customers and partners. Additional language skills and experience from defence- or security-related international collaborations are considered an advantage.

As a person, you are proactive, collaborative, and adaptable, with a structured approach and strong business understanding.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
