Job summary

Westcon-Comstor Sweden seeks a proactive Project Manager Services professional to drive end-to-end delivery for customer projects and service engagements. You will lead from initiation to completion, building strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure delivery excellence, commercial success, and outstanding customer experience.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Sales and delivery teams, managing scope, risks, and variations, and ensuring governance and reporting

Qualifications

• PRINCE2 certification or equivalent required.
• Experience in project coordination/PM/service delivery with external clients.
• Preferred: PMP, AgilePM, Scrum, MSP certifications.
• Experience in IT services, systems integration, or technology-focused organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Act as the primary contact for customers and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project scope and service variations, ensuring changes are assessed and controlled.
• Oversee forecasting, change management, revenue tracking, and billing.
• Provide governance, control, and reporting to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales during proposals, SOWs, and customer solutions.
• Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes and best practices across Services.
• Contribute to collaboration, accountability, and service excellence, maintaining customer satisfaction.

As part of the Services Solutions Practice, the Project Manager Services plays a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of customer projects and service engagements. Working closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders, you will lead projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery excellence, commercial success, and an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and objectives are achieved.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, fostering strong and trusted relationships.
• Manage project scope and service variations, ensuring changes are effectively assessed, communicated, and controlled.
• Oversee the commercial aspects of projects, including forecasting, change management, revenue tracking, and billing.
• Provide accurate project governance, control, and reporting to both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales teams by providing project management expertise during the development of proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and customer solutions.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Support the continuous improvement of project delivery processes and best practices across the Services organization.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence, helping to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Technology & Project Delivery

• Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, security, and professional services environments.
• Familiarity with the Westcon-Comstor portfolio and technology ecosystem is advantageous.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
• Formal project management and/or service delivery experience within a customer-facing environment.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-vendor technology projects, particularly within networking and cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience working across international environments, managing remote teams, third-party resources, and stakeholders across multiple regions is highly desirable.
• Additional language skills are considered an advantage.

Customer Management

• Proven experience managing customer relationships and delivering projects directly to external clients.
• Ability to build credibility with customers and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience managing customer expectations, service variations, and project communications effectively.

Qualifications

Required

• PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certification, or an equivalent project management qualification.
• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Management, or Service Delivery role.

Preferred

• Additional project management certifications such as PMP, AgilePM, Scrum, or MSP.
• Experience within an IT services, systems integrator, distributor, or technology-focused organization.
