Job summary

NR SUPPLY LTD seeks an experienced Freelance Project Manager to support an AutoStore installation in Sweden. The assignment covers managing project plans, timelines and budgets, overseeing site installation, testing, commissioning and go-live, with close collaboration to warehouse operations and IT teams.

Freelance Project Manager - AutoStore Installation - Sweden

We're looking for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to support an exciting AutoStore installation project in Sweden.

We're particularly interested in Project Managers with strong hands‑on experience delivering AutoStore or similar warehouse automation projects, ideally within complex distribution or fulfilment environments.

Experience in the following areas would be a strong advantage:

• Managing AutoStore installation and implementation projects
• Coordinating automation vendors, integrators, contractors and internal teams
• Managing project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies
• Overseeing site installation, testing, commissioning and go-live
• Working closely with warehouse operations, IT and automation teams
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality
