Job summary

Epiroc in Örebro, Sweden is seeking a Project Leader Academy to drive development of training solutions across Northern Europe. You will lead multi-stakeholder training projects, translate priorities into scalable programs, and partner with sales, service, product divisions, and trainers to deliver business impact.

You’ll manage cross-functional teams, identify opportunities to standardize concepts regionally, and travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects across functions.
• Strong planning, coordination, and implementation skills.
• Experience in learning, development, or competence management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across the organization.
• Business-minded with ability to identify scalable learning solutions.
• Fluency in English and Swedish (spoken and written).

Join our team

The Regional Academy team is responsible for developing and delivering training solutions that support Epiroc's customers and employees across Northern Europe. We work closely with colleagues from Sales, Service, Product Divisions, Product Specialists, and trainers to ensure that the right competence is available to meet current and future business needs.

As Project Leader Academy , you will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team dedicated to continuous learning and development. Together, we identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and create value through knowledge and competence.

Your mission

In this role, you will drive Academy development initiatives and training projects from identified need through implementation and operational handover. You will translate business priorities, customer needs, competence gaps, and new technologies into scalable and commercially viable training solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing new and improved training solutions based on customer and business needs.
• Leading complex customer training projects involving multiple stakeholders, products, sites, or countries.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring clear project scope, ownership, timelines, and expected outcomes.
• Driving project execution, managing risks, and ensuring successful implementation and business value realization.
• Collaborating with trainers, product specialists, product divisions, sales, and service teams to create sustainable learning solutions.
• Identifying opportunities to standardize and scale successful training concepts across the region.

Your profile

You are a proactive and structured professional who enjoys driving initiatives forward and bringing people together around a common goal. With strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you can navigate complex environments and create engagement across functions and countries.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

• Experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.
• A strong ability to plan, coordinate, and drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Experience within training, learning and development, competence management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
• A business-oriented mindset with the ability to identify value-creating and scalable solutions.
• Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

Experience from the mining, construction, industrial, or technical sectors is considered an advantage.

This position is located in Örebro, Sweden.
