Epiroc is seeking an experienced Project Manager Infrastructure to lead strategic transformation initiatives within IT Infrastructure. You will drive two major projects—the Service Management platform transformation and enhancements in End-User Management—ensuring delivery from initiation to completion.
You will work across a global team, coordinating with stakeholders to align business needs with technical requirements, change management, and organizational readiness.
The Infrastructure unit at Epiroc IT is responsible for the global planning and delivery of hosting environments (cloud and on-prem), connectivity (WAN, LAN, cloud) and desktop environments for the modern workplace. We have projects of variable size and duration within all these areas. Many projects are aimed at integrating the infrastructure of newly acquired companies, others are aiming at improving, or transforming from something existing, to something new in the continuous striving for modernization, automation and digitalization. In addition, there will also be maintenance projects such as performing decommissioning activities or upgrades.
With us you will get a work environment where you are invited to a great team, eager to embrace your unique blend of experience, competence and skill. We look forward to your creative ideas for how we can continue to evolve our unit, to even better serve the Epiroc business going forward. If you enjoy an international atmosphere, have interest in digital IT development and want to take part in driving our company vision to develop towards a sustainable mining industry for people and nature, you are likely to thrive with us!
As Project Manager Infrastructure, you will play a key role in driving strategic transformation initiatives within Epiroc IT Infrastructure. You will lead and coordinate two major projects that are critical to our continued development: the transformation of our Service Management platform and enhancements within the End-User Management domain.
This role combines project leadership, change management, and technical expertise. You will be responsible for planning, driving, and delivering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment between business needs, technical requirements, and organizational change. As a subject matter expert, you are expected to provide direction and guidance to project teams, leveraging your knowledge and experience to support successful project outcomes. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and work closely with a global team committed to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and innovation.
To succeed in this role, you have a strong track record of leading complex IT infrastructure projects and thrive in environments where change and transformation are central to success.
As a person, you are proactive, self-driven, and results oriented. You do not wait for information or direction but actively seek out what is needed to move projects forward. You enjoy taking ownership and leading initiatives through all phases, from planning and execution to successful delivery.
You are a collaborative and skilled communicator who builds strong relationships across teams and functions. By combining your technical expertise with your ability to engage and influence others, you create momentum and deliver lasting results.
This position can be based in Örebro, Stockholm, or any Epiroc site in Sweden. Limited travel is expected as part of the role.
