Epiroc Aktiebolag, located in Örebro, Sweden, is seeking a Global Product Manager for Deep Automation - Loaders. You will define, drive, and develop products and services that enhance safety, productivity, and operation performance through automation and digitalization.

You will lead the product lifecycle from identifying customer needs to commercialization, working with R&D, sales, and operations across the globe, shaping strategy, pricing, and go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, business development, sales, project management, operations, or a similar commercial role.
• Experience in industries such as mining, industrial automation, construction, robotics, manufacturing or related sectors.
• Strong business acumen to identify, evaluate, and develop commercial opportunities.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategies and roadmaps based on customer and market insights.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and business cases.
• Drive product development, launch, and commercialization activities.

Join our team

You will join the Underground Division's Marketing organization and become part of a collaborative global team focused on Deep Automation solutions for underground loaders.

Working closely with colleagues across product management, R&D, sales, operations, and customer centers worldwide, you will contribute to some of Epiroc's most innovative and strategically important technologies.

Your Mission

Deep Automation combines advanced systems, software, and autonomous machines to create automation solutions for material handling in underground mining. As Global Product Manager, Deep Automation - Loaders, you will define, drive, and develop products and services that help customers improve safety, productivity, and operational performance through automation and digitalization.

You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle—from identifying customer and market needs to developing business opportunities, driving commercialization, and ensuring successful market adoption. Working closely with customers and colleagues across R&D, sales, and operations, you will shape product strategy, develop business and pricing models, support marketing activities, train the global sales organization, and lead products from development through launch and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities include:

• Defining product strategies and roadmaps based on customer and market insights.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities and business cases.
• Driving product development, launch, and commercialization activities.
• Supporting global sales teams through training, value propositions, and marketing initiatives.
• Engaging directly with customers to understand needs and support their automation journey.

Your Profile

We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded professional who enjoys identifying opportunities, influencing stakeholders, and turning ideas into successful products. You thrive in collaborative environments, excel at collaborating across a global and diverse organization, and are comfortable engaging with customers as well as technical experts.

To succeed in this role, you likely have:

• A university degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, business development, sales, project management, operations, or a similar commercial role.
• Experience working in industries such as mining, industrial automation, construction, robotics, manufacturing, or related sectors.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to identify, evaluate, and develop commercial opportunities.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Experience with automation, digital solutions, software-based products, or mining applications is considered an advantage. Fluency in Spanish is also considered a plus.

Location and Travel

This position is located in Örebro, Sweden.
