The Produktions- och Inköpschef at Martin Key is responsible for overseeing daily production operations and managing all purchasing activities to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality output.

This full-time, on-site role in Stockholm includes planning and coordinating production schedules, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that materials and components are available on time.

The role involves negotiating with suppliers, managing supplier relationships, monitoring inventory levels, and aligning purchasing decisions with budget and quality targets.

The Produktions- och Inköpschef collaborates closely with management, logistics, and sales teams, leads and supports production staff, and continuously improves processes, safety, and sustainability standards.

The position also requires analyzing production and procurement data, preparing reports, and implementing initiatives that support company growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in production management, including planning, coordination, and process optimization.
• Demonstrated skills in procurement and supplier management, including negotiation and cost control.
