Qualifications

• Extensive experience in production management including planning, coordination, and optimization.
• Procurement and supplier management with negotiation and cost control.
• Ability to lead teams with focus on collaboration, safety, and performance.
• Experience with ERP and inventory management systems; basic data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; able to multitask.
• Strong written and spoken communication in English, preferably Swedish.
• Education in engineering, supply chain, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments; knowledge of quality and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production schedules.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage supplier relationships.
• Ensure materials and components are available on time.
• Monitor inventory levels and alignment with budget and quality targets.
