Job summary

Beijer Electronics, Malmö, is seeking a Production Engineer for a temporary ~1 year assignment. You will plan production, refine processes, and maintain SOPs. You’ll represent the function in your area, producing reports and documentation that others rely on.

The role requires initiative, analytical thinking, and strong collaboration. Ideal candidates have ≥3 years in production (electronics preferred), experience with 2D/3D design, ERP systems, Lean production, and project leadership.

The opportunity

Our production site in Malmö focuses on final assembly and testing. We are now looking for a Production Engineer to join our team on a temporary basis of approximately one year.

You will be responsible for production planning, developing and improving production processes, and maintaining SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

In this role, it is important to be proactive, solution-oriented and always look for ways to improve our production. You will represent Beijer within your area of expertise and will also create reports and documentation that others rely on.

To narrow it down a bit, it would be great if you could tick some of the boxes below:

• Minimum three years of experience in a production environment. Electronic production and assembly are preferable
• Experienced working in ESD-controlled environments
• Experience in reading 2D/3D design
• Experience working in an ERP system
• Good to have experience in Lean Production
• Good to have is experience in leading projects
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing
