Job summary

MilDef Group is seeking a Production Manager to lead our Helsingborg site, responsible for day-to-day operations and building capabilities for growth.

You will drive production planning, ensure quality and efficiency, and develop a high-performing team within a regulated defense-focused environment. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong stakeholder management, and a focus on continuous improvement at MilDef’s Helsingborg facility.

Step into the role

At MilDef, production is a strategic capability and a key part of our continued growth. We are now looking for a Production Manager to lead our new production site in Helsingborg - one of MilDef’s two production sites.

You will have full responsibility for the Helsingborg production operations, combining strong day-to-day execution with developing the organization and capabilities needed for continued growth.

• Strong ability to engage people, build teams, and create followership

• Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills

Experience from defense, aerospace, automotive, medtech, or another highly regulated industry is highly valued, as is experience from scaling or establishing production operations.
