ABB Smart Power is seeking an engineer to develop and optimize production processes, improving efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness through continuous line balancing. You will lead improvement projects, analyze data and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive performance.

In this role, you will work closely with Production Supervisors, production operators, and Production Technicians to support and develop the production. While they focus on daily operations and immediate challenges, you will take ownership of identifying, developing, and implementing improvements that strengthen production performance over time.
