Job summary

Volvo Group is seeking a Product Quality Case Builder for the Digital Services domain and Wheel Loader systems. You will monitor field quality, drive product quality improvements, and collaborate with Product Maintenance teams and regional sales to resolve issues.

In this role, you will define quality cases using in-depth data, lead cross-functional meetings, and support service bulletin activities while promoting continuous improvement across Volvo Group's digital products and wheel loaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science within Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Experience with Volvo Digital Services and Wheel Loader product line-up is required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and networking capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Define and quantify product quality issues in a data-driven way.
• Monitor field statistics and initiate Quality Cases across markets.
• Chair cross-functional Field Quality meetings and support PM/TFR processes.
