Nordiska is seeking a Product Manager to own the internal platform for partner onboarding and case management. You will translate business needs into scalable product improvements, working with Operations, Compliance, Risk and Tech to support Nordiska's growth.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on discovery, prioritization and delivery. You will lead discovery, define roadmaps, prioritize the backlog, and explore AI-powered automation to streamline onboarding and case processing

Qualificações

• Proven product management experience in fintech, B2B platforms or related sectors.
• Strong skills in strategy, roadmaps, prioritization and translating business needs into requirements.
• Solid technical understanding; experience with APIs and system integrations with engineering teams.
• Experience driving automation and AI to improve workflows and processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management across business, technology and regulatory functions.
• Experience with customer onboarding, KYC/AML processes or case management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Nordiska's internal platforms.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Risk and Compliance to translate needs into solutions.
• Lead product discovery, map user journeys and identify onboarding improvement opportunities.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, collaborating with engineering on scalable solutions.
• Explore and drive AI-powered solutions to automate workflows and decision-making.
• Drive automation to increase efficiency across onboarding, case management and operations.
• Ensure platforms scale with growth and integrate with Nordiska's fintech ecosystem.
• Define and track KPIs such as onboarding speed, processing efficiency and user satisfaction.
