Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies AB in Lund, Sweden, seeks a Product Manager to drive profitable growth of the AnoxKaldnes MBBR technology portfolio (MBBR, Hybas, AnitaMox, eXeno, Cella). You will bridge technology, market intelligence, supply chain and commercial strategy.

You will define the technology roadmap, lead go-to-market initiatives, and collaborate with regional teams to ensure global relevance with local applicability. English proficiency and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in water/wastewater treatment, including familiarity with biological treatment technologies (MBR, MBBR, MABR, BAF, or equivalent)
• Experience in technology management, product management, or innovation management
• Experience developing and executing technology or product roadmaps
• Experience with commercialization of new technologies or products, including go-to-market strategy development
• Experience working in a matrix or transversal organizational structure
• Experience engaging with regional or global teams across multiple markets
• Experience with marketing strategy and technical communication

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the technology roadmap for the AnoxKaldnes MBBR portfolio
• Define and drive the innovation roadmap via market intelligence and customer feedback
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics
• Collaborate with leaders to define technology and business strategy
• Lead the commercialization of new technologies from definition to launch and adoption
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and launch plans
• Create compelling marketing messaging and collaborate to produce impactful campaigns
• Represent the portfolio at industry conferences and customer events
