Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Project Manager for New Product Development based at our Lund HQ. You will lead international NPD projects, coordinating R&D, marketing, production and quality across the BU to ensure on-time, on-spec and on-budget delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s in engineering, strong MS Project skills, and proficiency in cost estimation and risk management. Fluency in English is essential for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor´s or master’s degree in engineering.
• In depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g,TollGate, Agile..)
• Expertise in cost estimation and financial analysis
• Advanced user of MS Project
• Strong risk management capability
• Experience with Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA)
• Solid understanding of product development processes
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
• Make decisions and manage the allocated resources, within given framework and budget

Business Unit Brazed and Fusion Bonded heat exchangersBU BFB, we are looking for a Project Manager responsible for New Product Development projects.You will ensure professional management of international projects across the entire Business Unit, reportingto Steering Committees,stakeholders,and linemanagersasappropriate. Your colleagues arelocatedglobally, with a good part of themlocatedin Lund, Sweden.
