Lantmännen Biorefineries seeks a Product Developer to drive development of food ingredient products and optimize processes from lab to production. You will apply data-driven decision making and collaborate across the organization to bring new grain- and pulse-based ingredients to market.

You will design trials, establish sensory evaluations, analyze results, and ensure compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, and sustainability requirements while delivering business value through

Qualificações

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 5-10 years of product and process development in food ingredients.
• Experience leading R&D projects from concept to implementation.
• Understanding of process technology and scale-up to production.
• Experience designing sensory evaluations.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
• Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English; Swedish or a Nordic language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Leading product and process development projects from ideation to industrial implementation.
• Developing and optimizing products and process technologies to improve quality, efficiency, sustainability, and business value.
• Designing, planning, and conducting laboratory, pilot-scale, and production-scale trials.
• Establishing, conducting, and training sensory panels to support product evaluation and development.
• Analyzing technical data and translating findings into recommendations and actionable decisions.
• Supporting the scale-up and industrialization of new products and process innovations.
• Creating and maintaining product specifications, technical documentation and development reports.
• Building expert knowledge in assigned products, raw materials and processing technologies.
• Identifying and evaluating new technologies, raw materials, and innovation opportunities.
• Collaborating with suppliers, research institutes, universities, and other external partners to strengthen our innovation capabilities.
• Presenting project results, recommendations, and business cases to stakeholders and management.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.
