• 2–3 years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Exposure to product or industry commercialisation.
• Nordic language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development projects selecting flavours following customer needs.
• Collaborate with teams to bring flavour applications into finished products.
• Evaluate flavour performance and translate insights into improvements.
• Support and mentor technicians contributing to team capability growth.

Skills

Hands-on expertise in savoury product development

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Experience in snack applications

Master's degree

Education

B.S. in a relevant field
