We are looking for a hands-on Product Coordinator within E-commerce for a long-term consulting assignment in Stockholm.
This is an operational and coordinating role for someone who enjoys working close to the day-to-day business of an e-commerce platform. You will support the continued development of a multi-market platform, coordinate activities between business and technical stakeholders, and help ensure that market roll-outs, configurations, reporting, and backlog activities move forward.
The role is particularly suitable for someone with approximately 3–6 years of relevant experience within e-commerce, digital operations, product coordination, order management, or a similar area.
As Product Coordinator, you will work on the business side of the e-commerce platform and act as a link between business needs and technical execution.
You will work closely with different markets, business stakeholders, technical teams, and existing delivery partners. Around 20–30% of the assignment consists of operational and administrative activities, so it is important that you enjoy combining coordination with hands‑on work.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the roll-out of the e‑commerce platform to new markets, including configuration, customer and user setup, testing, documentation, and go‑live activities.
Maintaining and coordinating the product backlog by categorising requests, following up open items, identifying stale tickets, and supporting prioritisation.
Performing first‑line defect triage and routing issues to the appropriate technical or system owner.
Managing day‑to‑day business configurations, such as customers, users, unit codes, assortments, discounts, and customer settings.
Coordinating refinement sessions, stand‑ups, readiness checks, and go‑live reviews.
Preparing recurring reports covering orders, revenue, errors, and other relevant platform KPIs.
Coordinating campaign and commercial requests with business and technical stakeholders.
Supporting monthly budget follow‑up and highlighting deviations from forecast.
Following up activities and ensuring that agreed actions move forward across teams and markets.
We believe you have:
Approximately 3–6 years of relevant experience within e-commerce, digital operations, product coordination, order management, or a similar role.
Hands‑on understanding of e-commerce operations, preferably within a B2B environment.
Experience coordinating activities across different teams, stakeholders, or markets.
Basic to good understanding of ERP systems and integrations, particularly how orders, pricing, and customer data flow between systems.
Experience working with backlogs or ticketing systems and following up defects and change requests.
Confidence communicating and coordinating with both business and technical stakeholders.
Experience working with data, KPIs, and recurring reporting.
Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups, reporting, and working with larger datasets.
A structured and independent way of working, with the ability to follow activities through to completion.
It is advantageous if you have:
Experience from B2B, manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments.
Experience working with multi‑market e‑commerce platforms.
Exposure to multi‑language or multi‑currency platforms.
Experience with CRM or BI tools.
Understanding of promotions, discounts, campaigns, and commercial platform configuration.
Knowledge of distribution or order‑management models.
You are structured, hands‑on, and comfortable keeping track of several activities at the same time. You enjoy creating order, following up open items, and making sure things get done.
You communicate confidently with both business and technical stakeholders and are comfortable taking responsibility for your own tasks while working as part of a wider team.
This is not a senior Product Owner, Program Manager, or transformation lead position. The role is best suited to someone who enjoys being close to daily operations and combining coordination with platform administration, backlog maintenance, reporting, and follow‑up.
