Job summary

Tobii Dynavox seeks an experienced Product Area Lead for the Communication Software portfolio in Sweden. You will define vision, strategy and success metrics, lead a team of Product Managers, and work with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Sales to deliver market-leading solutions.

You will own the area roadmap, drive regulatory and quality considerations, and ensure commercial performance with a strong P&L focus, while evolving customer value and growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proven leadership experience with direct reports.
• 8+ years in software product development/PM with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience in regulated environments; medical device software is a plus.
• Strong commercial/financial acumen; ability to build business cases.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term vision, strategy and direction for the Communication Software area.
• Own area roadmap; translate strategy into priorities and delivery plans.
• Lead 3-4 direct reports with clear accountability and development.
• Guide discovery, market research and evidence-based prioritization.
• Drive business planning, growth opportunities, investments and KPIs.
• Align Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Market Units for execution.
• Own area P&L, including revenue, profitability and pricing input.
• Oversee launches, lifecycle management and end-of-life activities.
• Ensure regulatory, quality, security, privacy and accessibility considerations.
• Communicate strategy, priorities, trade-offs, risks and progress to leadership.
• Represent area externally as accountable leader for customer value and impact.
