Job summary

Tobii Dynavox is seeking a Product Area Lead for the Communication Software portfolio to set the long-term vision, strategy, and direction. You will own the area roadmap and translate strategic priorities into concrete outcomes, requirements, and delivery plans while leading a team of Product Managers.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Market Units to drive growth, manage the P&L, oversee launches and lifecycle management, and ensure compliance with quality,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years in software product development and product management, including end-to-end responsibility for a product line or portfolio.
• Experience in regulated environments with quality, regulatory, security and privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the long-term vision, strategy and business direction for the Communication Software area.
• Own the area roadmap and translate strategy into priorities, outcomes and delivery plans.
• Lead, coach and manage 3-4 direct reports with clear ownership and goals.
• Guide discovery, market research and evidence-based prioritization for products.
• Drive area P&L, financial planning, pricing input and commercial targets.
• Ensure launches and lifecycle management across the area.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Market Units to align priorities.
