Job summary

Tobii Dynavox seeks a Global Product Manager to shape strategy for widely used AAC software. You will own the vision, lead discovery, and partner with Design and Engineering to deliver user-centered outcomes that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

You will drive go-to-market considerations, pricing, and business models while mentoring teams and influencing without authority in a global product organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.
• 8+ years in software product management.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and product sense.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence without authority.
• Experience with go-to-market strategy and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision and strategy and refine based on outcomes.
• Lead discovery translating insights into opportunities.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to validate solutions.
