Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in product analytics, data engineering, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to set and execute an analytics strategy.
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define analytics priorities and develop team capabilities.
• Own the product instrumentation strategy for data collection.
• Lead evaluation of data storage and processing architecture.
• Build and manage a team of analysts and data engineers.
• Serve as the primary product analytics partner for Pagero.
