Job summary

Eccoci AB is seeking a Procurement Engineer to join our client’s team and manage strategic and operational procurement of technical equipment, components, and services for production facilities and capital projects.

You will translate technical requirements into optimized commercial solutions, drive supplier evaluation, negotiate terms, and support sustainability and fossil-freedom initiatives across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical procurement processes from specification and RFP/RFQ to negotiation and contract execution.
• Work closely with project managers, maintenance engineers, and designers to ensure accurate technical requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop both existing and new suppliers globally and locally.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, warranty conditions, and delivery terms (Incoterms).
• Drive cost optimization and sustainability requirements across the supply chain in line with client goal of fossil-freedom.

Job description

You will play a key role in evaluating technical requirements and translating them into optimal commercial solutions with the highest focus on quality, safety, and sustainability.
