X Shore in Sweden is seeking an Electrical Assembly Operator to build and install electrical systems for its boats. You will follow drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to assemble components and ensure safety and quality in a hands-on, on-site role.

You will work closely with production and engineering, resolve assembly issues, and contribute to a reliable, repeatable manufacturing process. The position requires practical electrical experience and strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble and install electrical components, wiring, and systems in boats in accordance with drawings and work instructions
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
• Prepare cables and harnesses, including cutting, stripping, crimping, routing, and securing wires
• Use hand tools and electrical assembly equipment safely and correctly
• Inspect completed work and carry out basic electrical checks to identify assembly issues
• Report defects, discrepancies, and missing or incorrect information to the appropriate team
• Work with production, quality, and engineering colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve assembly processes
• Maintain an organised work area and follow safety, quality, and production procedures
• Record completed work and communicate progress in line with production requirements

About The Role

X Shore is looking for an Electrical Assembly Operator to build and install electrical systems for its boats. You’ll follow technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to assemble components and ensure each installation meets quality and safety requirements. Working closely with production and engineering, you’ll help resolve assembly issues and contribute to a reliable, repeatable manufacturing process.

This is a hands-on, on-site role in a boat manufacturing environment. It suits someone who is practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with electrical components and tools as part of a production team.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience installing electrical systems in boats or vehicles
• Familiarity with basic electrical testing and fault-finding
• Relevant vocational training or certification in electrical assembly or installation
• Experience working with production documentation and quality checks

On-site in Nyköping, Sweden. Works as part of X Shore’s production team.
