You’ll work with an experienced PPC specialist and Head of PPC, learning and gradually taking ownership of campaigns, with exposure to Google Analytics, YouTube ads and AI-driven enhancements. Remote options available with multi-market scope.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, particularly search campaigns.
• Good understanding of PPC optimization, keywords, bidding and campaign performance.
• Analytical mindset and ability to turn data into practical improvements.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, tracking and performance reporting.
• Understanding of how paid advertising contributes to commercial results.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach and ability to work independently.
• Curiosity about new technology, AI and developments in digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across multiple brands.
• Work with keywords, bidding strategies, budgets, ad copy and campaign structures.
• Analyse performance data to identify what works and where to improve.
• Track CPC, CPA, ROAS and other performance metrics.
• Collaborate with analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
• Test new ideas, audiences and campaign setups.
• Support App campaigns, YouTube and other paid channels.
• Explore AI and automation to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve landing pages and performance.
