Job summary

Like IT Global is seeking an Ads Specialist to manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn for B2B clients with real budgets. You own strategy, setup, daily optimisation, and monthly reporting.

You will monitor CPL and ROAS, audit conversion tracking and pixels, write compelling ad copy, and brief the creative team. This fully remote role serves Swedish and international clients with flexible hours. Experience with Google Ads and strong English writing are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on paid ads experience (Google Ads required).
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models.
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets of 5,000 kr or more.
• Analytical mindset — comfortable reading data and making optimisation decisions.
• Good written English; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
• Run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn campaigns for B2B lead gen.
• Write compelling ad copy and brief the creative team on visuals.
• Monitor performance daily and optimise for CPL, ROAS, and conversions.
• Set up and audit conversion tracking, pixels, and Google Tag Manager.
• Deliver clear monthly client reports with insights and next steps.
• A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages continuously.
• Stay on top of platform updates, new ad formats, and algorithm changes.
