We are looking for a skilled Power Electronics Design Engineer to join our team.

What You’ll Do
- Design traction inverters with a focus on the Power Channel, including Power Modules, DC-link components, and Gate Drivers.
- Define, plan, and optimize Power Module test cases, characterization activities, simulation work, and design verification to meet design requirements.
- Lead Power Module-related activities throughout development phases.
- Perform testing in low-voltage and high-voltage laboratory environments.
- Conduct electrical and thermal simulations, issue investigations, and technical reporting.
- Prepare and maintain design and verification documentation, including simulation reports, test specifications, design descriptions, design reviews, and design guidelines.
- Support the Power Channel focus area, with emphasis on Power Modules and their interfaces to DC-link components and Gate Drivers.
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related Electrical Engineering field with a focus on Power Electronics.
- 3+ years of experience in Power Electronics design within industrial applications, preferably automotive.
- Strong experience in Power Electronics, including Power Module selection, characterization, testing, and application within traction inverter systems.
- Ability to support Power Channel design activities using theoretical analysis, simulation-based design decisions, validation methods, and engineering best practices.
- Experience with laboratory verification and Power Module testing.
- Experience with electrical characterization, switching behaviour, thermal performance, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Highly motivated and reliable team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical mindset and flexible approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively with software, system, and system testing teams.
- Passion for knowledge sharing and contributing to team development.
