Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Foundation Team Lead to guide the engineering foundations of a fast-growing technology business in Sweden. You will lead a team of senior engineers responsible for core platform systems, backend services, and platform infrastructure.

Working with Engineering Leadership and Product, you’ll define the technical strategy, drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and contribute hands-on to deliver reliable, scalable software that supports business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as Tech Lead / Engineering Manager or similar.
• Experience designing and scaling distributed systems.
• Strong architecture and system design capabilities.
• Commercial awareness and a product mindset.
• Experience working closely with senior engineering teams.
• Desire to remain hands-on with technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of senior engineers.
• Drive architecture and system design decisions.
• Help define and execute the engineering roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product and business stakeholders to align technical priorities with commercial goals.
• Contribute hands-on to software development and technical delivery.
• Support hiring, mentoring, and career development initiatives.
