Job summary

Ashby is seeking a curious, rigorous Platform Engineer to scale our infrastructure as we grow. You’ll own projects end-to-end and help build a reliable, secure platform that supports the thousands of users and rapid growth we enable for leading customers.

You’ll tackle scaling challenges, implement canary deploys, data pipelines, and event-driven components, and partner with product and security to ship safe, fast software at Ashby.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining scalable infrastructure.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end and communicate clearly.
• Experience with security and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end platform projects from design to production.
• Improve reliability with scalable infrastructure and canary deployments.
• Define SLOs and SLIs with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure retries and circuit breakers for external services.
• Support data pipelines and event-driven architecture.
