Job summary

SEB Kort is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to help develop, deploy, secure, and operate software across teams. You will join a team building shared engineering capabilities and driving modern CI/CD practices with GitHub Actions and Argo CD.

You will work with Docker, Kubernetes, and AI-powered initiatives, improving developer experience through automation and self-service capabilities, while collaborating with security, architecture, and platform teams.

Qualifications

• Strong software development skills for production-grade solutions.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD with GitHub Actions, including design and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in enterprise environments.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Understanding of API design, governance, and integration architectures.
• Experience with observability platforms: metrics, logging, tracing, dashboards, incidents.
• Experience designing and operating internal developer platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain API automation and integration solutions.
• Develop solutions based on GitHub Actions, Argo CD, and modern CI/CD practices.
• Improve developer experience through automation and self-service capabilities.
• Build solutions that simplify vulnerability management and automated patching.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, security specialists, and platform teams.
• Contribute to AI initiatives involving agents, automation, and reusable skills.
• Drive continuous improvements across our engineering platforms.
• Develop monitoring and observability capabilities to understand platform health and reliability.
• Work with Java, Rust, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node, Next.js, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Bash.
