Epiroc is seeking a strategic Head of Platform and Tools to drive the development of the commercial technology ecosystem that supports growth, operational excellence, and customer success across the business.

You will lead the evolution of the commercial technology stack, ensuring Salesforce serves as the single source of truth and implementing scalable integrations, governance, and analytics to enable data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial technology programs and CRM platforms.
• Ability to connect business needs with technical delivery.
• Proven track record in data-driven, AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Epiroc's commercial technology ecosystem.
• Ensure Salesforce is the single source of truth for commercial opportunities.
• Establish governance and oversee system integrations across the org.
• Collaborate with commercial, technology, and business stakeholders to deliver value.
• Develop and improve deal-support tools and Total Cost of Ownership capabilities.
