As Head of Platform and Tools, you will oversee Salesforce as the single source of truth, build scalable architecture, and deliver high business value while reducing complexity and optimizing technology investments.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in commercial technology, CRM, data analytics, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Proven ability to build and scale platforms that support commercial teams.
• Strong governance, architecture, and data quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evolution of Epiroc's commercial technology ecosystem.
• Ensure Salesforce is the single source of truth for commercial data and opportunities.
• Oversee integration, governance, and security across systems and users.
• Develop and improve deal-support tools like Win Plans and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to translate business needs into scalable tech.
• Leverage data, analytics and AI to create insights and automate processes.
