Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Plasma Sales Specialist to drive revenue by targeting diagnostic labs for plasma protein equipment. The role requires close collaboration with the DX sales force, prospecting new accounts, and expanding existing ones throughout a defined US territory.

Applicants should have 3+ years in plasma protein sales, a BA or equivalent, and strong CRM/use of Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. 75% travel and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree requirement BA or equivalent.
• 3+ years sales experience for plasma protein solutions.
• Knowledge of key plasma protein diagnostic markers, particularly ‘Free Light Chains’.
• 75% travel required.
• Computer skills to include Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Individual will possess valid driver’s license in good standing
• Clinical Diagnostics- Laboratory Capital Equipment sales experience strongly preferred
• All field-based sales hires must reside within their assigned geography, territory, or defined MSA.

Responsabilités

• Identify customers in buying cycle for Plasma Protein equipment.
• Position Siemens solutions to win accounts and grow market share.
• Manage installed base and drive revenue with new assays.
• Serve as plasma protein diagnostic sales expert for generalists.
• Coordinate sales activities: presentations, proposals, references, visits, and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and funnel data across teams.
• Develop plans to convert new customers to reference accounts.
