Job summary

Stegra III AB is seeking a Planning & Scheduling Lead for its Central Planning team in Boden, Northern Sweden, to drive planning excellence and schedule assurance on one of Europe’s largest industrial projects. The role reports to Planning leadership within the Project Delivery function and is site-based with a focus on delivery performance.

You will own the Integrated Master Schedule for the assigned area, coordinating with Construction, Engineering, EPCM partners, and contractors to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in project planning and scheduling within large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in complex project environments.
• Good understanding of planning methodologies, schedule assurance, and forecasting techniques.
• Experience reviewing and challenging contractor and EPCM schedules.
• Understanding of schedule risk analysis and QRA processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the planning and scheduling focal point for an assigned project area.
• Review and challenge EPCM and contractor schedules to ensure quality and logic integrity.
• Develop, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Integrate schedules from contractors and stakeholders into a single plan.
• Monitor progress, perform schedule analysis, and provide forecasting.
