Job summary

Vekst is seeking a Project Manager to lead client projects focused on performance marketing. You will ensure smooth delivery, allocate resources, manage budgets, and drive financial efficiency across campaigns.

You will collaborate with client directors and specialists in performance marketing, plus content and analytics teams as needed. The role emphasizes operational excellence and profitability across Nordic and European client engagements.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
• Experience managing projects, preferably at an agency and within digital marketing.
• Familiarity with project management and resource allocation tools (Forecast, Harvest, Monday.com, Roughly Right or similar).
• Advanced skills in tracking budgets, managing media costs, and ensuring project profitability.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Resource Allocation across projects to ensure efficient delivery.
• Plan and manage project plans, timelines and tasks with Ops Manager.
• Track and manage project budgets, including media costs.
• Oversee invoicing processes for projects.
• Analyze project profitability and identify improvement areas.
• Provide regular updates on progress to internal teams and clients.
