Responsabilidades

• Plan and allocate resources across projects for effective delivery.
• Manage project plans and timelines in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
• Monitor and manage project budgets related to media costs.
• Ensure accurate invoicing for all projects.
• Analyze project profitability and identify improvement areas.
• Track and evaluate project progress with updates to teams and clients.
