Najell is seeking an action-oriented performance marketer to join our Marketing team in Lund. You will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels to translate visibility into measurable growth.

You bring a data-driven mindset, hands-on experience with paid campaigns, and the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations that drive sustainable, profitable growth for a rapidly expanding brand.

Qualifications

• Data-driven mindset with ability to use insights to drive paid campaigns.
• Hands-on experience running digital campaigns across channels (search, social, etc).
• Higher education or proven experience in marketing, performance, or analytics.
• Results-oriented with initiative and ability to drive initiatives to completion.
• 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or related field.
• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize for growth.
• Identify KPIs and success metrics to evaluate and improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce ad materials informed by data and insights.
• Turn data and insights into clear recommendations for the wider organization.

This role calls for a proactive person with strong ownership, energy, and the drive to deliver measurable commercial impact. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels, working closely with the whole organization to translate visibility into meaningful growth.

You bring

A data-driven and analytical mindset, with an understanding of how to use data and insights to drive results in paid campaigns.

Hands-on experience executing, and managing digital campaigns across channels, such as search.

Higher-level education and/or proven experience in marketing, performance, or analytics.

A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to take initiative, maintain momentum, and drive initiatives through to completion.

2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.

Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance, gather insights, and continuously optimize for growth.

Identify KPIs and success metrics to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness.

Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad materials, videos, and product-focused content informed by performance data and insights.

Turn data and insights into clear recommendations that help the wider organization make informed decisions and achieve sustainable, profitable growth.
