Job summary

Najell AB is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and develop Najell's marketing efforts. This role reports directly to the CEO and is based in Lund, Sweden, with no hybrid/remote option.

You will drive Najell's global marketing strategy, build internal marketing competence, and lead a 15–20 person team to achieve growth and brand goals.

Qualifications

• Higher degree education in marketing.
• Expert level in performance marketing.
• Proven experience from marketing at a higher level.
• Experience from marketing of consumer goods in a fast paced growth environment.
• Proven leader and able to coordinate with other departments.
• Experience of SoMe and influencer marketing.
• Can do attitude and results-driven.
• Ability to move between complex tasks and big/small improvements.
