Job summary

Netlight is seeking an experienced People Partner to cover a fixed-term parental leave from November 2026 to January 2028. The role emphasizes operational excellence with a strategic mindset, developing HR programs that support business growth and employee development.

The HR Operations team in Stockholm collaborates across global HR to shape the future of HR, focusing on core deliveries, trust, and development in a high‑growth IT environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time work experience in HR; advising leaders and developing processes/guidelines.
• Fluent verbal and written Swedish and professional English (organization language).
• University degree with focus on Human Resources or similar education.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and enhance the employee experience across the journey.
• Coach, advise, and train leaders on work environment, performance, well-being, and labor law.
• Support talent management initiatives to help people grow.
• Lead projects with people and business impact.
• Ensure HR policies align with people strategy and compliance.
• Drive global HR practices and employment law compliance.
• Develop partnerships related to wellbeing and benefits.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
• Handle people data across the lifecycle in the HRIS.
• Use People Analytics to share insights for decision-making.
