Netlight is seeking a People Partner for a fixed-term parental leave cover, starting in November 2026 and running until January 2028. The role focuses on operational excellence with a strategic approach and opportunities for personal and career development.

You will support HR core deliveries, coach leaders, manage employee relations, and drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives in a fast-paced, international environment at the Stockholm office.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources or similar education.
• 3+ years of full-time HR experience covering employee lifecycle, advising leaders, developing processes and guidelines.
• Fluent Swedish and professional English (organizational language).

Responsibilities

The Team

Netlight’s global HR organization includes 25+ colleagues across HR, Payroll, and Learning & Development. The HR Operations team in Stockholm consists of seven professionals, located atop Gallerian.

As a key member of the team, the People Partner helps shape the future of HR, driving HR core deliveries, growth and success in an environment built on collaboration, trust, and development. Collaboration across the Global HR Team is central to ensure alignment and advance key initiatives.

The Role – People Partner

As a People Partner, the responsibilities include:

• Managing employee relations and enhancing the employee experience throughout their journey.
• Coaching, advising, and training leaders on key personnel topics—such as work environment, performance, well-being, and labor law to empower them in their roles.
• Supporting talent management initiatives to help our people reach their full potential.
• Driving and leading projects with people and business impact
• Ensuring HR policies and procedures align with our overall people strategy.
• Driving efficient global HR practices while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Managing and developing partnerships related to employee well-being and benefits.
• Leading employee engagement efforts, including surveys and initiatives to assess and improve organizational well-being.
• Handling people data across the employee lifecycle within our HRIS.
• Utilizing People Analytics to analyze and share key insights that support informed decision-making and business strategy.

Qualifications
